Marshfield Common Council Approves a Few Items at Last Week’s Meeting Including “No Mow May”

The Marshfield Common Council had a short agenda at their recent meeting, but did approve a few items in the consent agenda.

In May, the City will suspend the enforcement of Weed Control under Chapter 11, Public Nuisance, Weed Control Sec. 11-06 from May 1st, 2025, through May 31st, 2025.

This time is known as "No Mow May." Legacy Tree received the contract for $21,700.00 to plant sixty-two (62) trees along S. Central Ave, W Adler Rd, and E Veterans Parkway.

John Altmann Builders, LLC received a $6,900.00 contract to replace the roof of the cemetery maintenance building.
