Marshfield’s Lincoln Elementary Leadership Team Holds Successful Penny War

The 6th grade leadership team at Marshfield’s Lincoln Elementary worked hard on their recent Penny War raising an incredible $1,699.80.

The theme was "Drop a Penny, Build a Pit” (a gaga pit for the school playground). The initial goal of $1,000 was met in just 4 school days. A second goal of $1,500 was surpassed with an incredible $1,699.80 raised in the 2-week period CRUSHING both goals.

A huge shoutout to the leadership team (Zaylie A, Cameron S, Chase T, Shia S & Miss Heath) for planning and running the Penny War and to Lincoln Elementary for making it a success.
