Tomah Police Department Names New Chief

(WEAU Staff, WEAU) A new Tomah, Wis. chief of police is named, according to WEAU staff.

According to a press release from the Tomah Police Department, Tomah Police and Fire Commission has appointed Assistant Police Chief Eric Pedersen to the office of police chief.

The press release says Pedersen, a Tomah, Wis. native, is set to take command of the department on April 19, 2025. It comes after the Tomah Police Department announced Police Chief Scott Holum’s intention to retire on April 18, 2025.
