A sister and brother from Neillsville have pleaded not guilty to reckless homicide charges in the overdose death of an Eau Claire woman.Tiffany Schubert, 26, and her her brother Zachary Schubert, 24,, entered the pleas in Eau Claire County Circuit Court Monday.
Thirty-year-old Lisa Gannigan was found dead at her home July 11. A needle and syringe containing Fentanyl and methadone were found under her body.
A friend of Gannigan's told police he saw Tiffany Schubert provide Gannigan with pills at least two times. A witness told police Zachary Shubert gave Gannigan a Fentanyl patch.
The siblings are charged with first-degree reckless homicide.
