SUDER'S EX FACES MORE CHARGES

Wednesday, October 1st, 2008 -- 2:04 PM

Over a year after the alleged incident, the ex-girlfriend of a state legislator is facing new charges.

33-year-old Lisa Brabazon has been charged with criminal trespass and criminal damage to property, both misdemeanors.

The charges stem from an incident last September.

According to court documents, State Representative Scott Suder kicked Brabazon out of his Abbotsford home after finding she had used his credit cards and checking accounts without permission.

The charges claim Brabazon broke back into the home September 26 while Suder was not at home. She allegedly broke out a basement window, severely cutting herself on the glass. Police reports indicate there was blood throughout Suder's home.

She is already facing 15 felonies for misusing Suder?s accounts. Those charges were filed in Marathon County, where most of the alleged misuse occurred. The new charges are filed in Clark County by special prosecutor Gerald Fox of Jackson County.

Brabazon has a November 6th initial appearance on the new charges.

She?ll be arraigned on the more serious felony charges on October 10.
