School District of Neillsville Announce Corey Peterson as Next Superintendent

The School District of Neillsville is excited to announce the selection of its next superintendent, Corey Peterson.

Peterson currently serves as the PK-8 principal and curriculum coordinator in the Melrose-Mindoro School District. For the past 24 years, Peterson has worked in public education as a teacher, coach, principal, and athletic director.

The formal approval of the superintendent contract is on the Neillsville School Board's March meeting agenda. Peterson will assume his new position on July 1, 2025, replacing Superintendent John Gaier
