One of Two Men Charged with Stabbing Incident in Tomah Appears in Monroe County Court

(WEAU Staff, WEAU) One of two men charged after a stabbing incident in Tomah appeared in Monroe County Court on Monday.
Back in December of last year, Tomah officers responded to Tomah Health for a patient with stab wounds, according to WEAU staff. According to their Facebook page, the altercation happened at 401 N. Glendale Ave. in a parking lot.
The victim received two stab wounds in the upper torso and a defensive wound on a hand. The investigators identified two suspects, Leo Pugram and Duvall Yigin. Both suspects came to the police department and cooperated with law enforcement.
Pugram appeared in court on Monday and is facing charges of attempted 1st-degree intentional homicide, 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety, and aggravated battery.
During his arraignment on Monday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on April 14th.
