Wisconsin Rapids Firefighters Recently Promoted

Some Wisconsin Rapids Firefighters were recently promoted.

These members have honorably served their community and department for many years, gaining experience and education in their positions. Each of them embodies the Department’s mission of professional, polite, proficient, and compassionate.

The promotions include Mike Duchrow has served the department since 2016 as a Firefighter/Paramedic and will be promoted to the role of Motor Pump Operator. Aaron Mancl has served the department since 2008 as a Firefighter/Paramedic and Motor Pump Operator since 2022. He will be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.

Dustin Lease has served the department since 2009 as a Firefighter/Paramedic, Motor Pump Operator since 2023 and Lieutenant since 2024. He will be promoted to the rank of Battalion Chief.

Brennan Agen has served the department since 2008 as a Firefighter/Paramedic, Motor Pump Operator since 2022 and Division Chief of Fire for the last year. He will be promoted to the rank of Deputy Chief.
