Extreme Cold The Next Few Days

A COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 11 AM MONDAY..The Cold Weather Advisory, means very cold wind chills as low as 35 below expected.  

AN EXTREME COLD WATCH iS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH 10 AM TUESDAY MORNING...The Extreme Cold Watch, means dangerously cold wind chills less than 35 below possible. 

The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.  Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside.   Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
