OBAMA COMING TO EAU CLAIRE

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will campaign in Eau Claire on Sunday as part of a battleground-state tour on his way to the party's convention in Denver, the Obama campaign announced this morning.No details of the visit have been released.
The Eau Claire stop will follow a rally Saturday in Springfield, Ill., where Obama is expected to appear with his as-yet-unannounced running mate. Presumably, the vice presidential pick will appear with Obama in Eau Claire.
In addition to the Eau Claire stop, the campaign said today that Obama will make appearances in Iowa, Missouri and Montana before arriving in Denver, where the party's national convention opens Monday.
