Neillsville Police Department Releases Information Regarding Registered Sex Offender: Vincent Gomez

The Neillsville Police Department is releasing information pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 301.46(2m), which allows law enforcement agencies to inform the public that a registered sex offender is living in their community.

The individual who appears on this notification has been convicted of a sex-related offense that requires registration with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

This offender has served his sentence imposed by the court and is now under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.

Vincent Gomez, a registered sex offender, will be residing at 202 East Fifth Street, Apartment 2, Neillsville, WI, 54456. GPS will monitor him. Gomez had previously been convicted of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child / Third-Degree Sexual Assault.

Gomez will be supervised by agents specializing in intensive supervision. He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, and not to consume any illegal drugs.

He is to comply with the standard sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring, and have regular face-to-face contact with law enforcement, in addition to complying with all of the requirements and lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry.
