Watch for Scams this Holiday Season

(Wisconsin Radio Network) Keep a watchful eye out for scams this holiday season.

According to the Wisconsin Radio Network, IRS Spokesperson Christopher Miller says phishing continues to be a major issue, so always double check any emails to make sure they look correct and only shop at secure websites.

Miller says you also shouldn’t shop on unsecured public Wi-Fi in places like a mall or a restaurant, and help protect the devices of your more vulnerable family members like seniors and kids.
