The Wood County Health Department is asking residents to take the 2024 Wood County Community Opinion Survey on Alcohol and Other Drugs for a chance to WIN $25.

Please help them gain a better understanding of substance use in Wood County. In addition to learning more about substance use in Wood County, this annual survey helps them understand public awareness of ongoing efforts and what is needed.
