Lisenby Properties in Neillsville Adds Senior Supportive Housing

Lisenby Properties in Neillsville has added a new service to their property in Neillsville.

Sunset Place Apartments in Neillsville, owned and operated by Mark and Lynda Lisenby, are located in the former Memorial Medical Center, and then Marshfield Medical Center, hospital building in Neillsville.

They completely remodeled the former hospital, turning them into apartments to help address the housing needs of Neillsville and Clark County. Now, they held a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday morning for their Senior Supportive Housing.

Their program includes meals prepared daily, lifeline services, bi-weekly cleaning, a calendar of activities, laundry services, and household garbage valet services. They have these senior apartments done and ready for seniors and more on the way.
