Multiple Clark County Partners Hosting "Emergency Preparedness for Older Adults and Caregivers"

Multiple Clark County partners are coming together to host an “Emergency Preparedness for Older Adults and Caregivers” event on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
The event will take place at the Colby Community Library from 10:00am to 12:30pm. The event includes a preparedness presentation, a hot lunch, open conversations, and resources. Limited spots are available.

Community members can join to learn more about what they and their loved ones can do to prepare for the unexpected! Preparedness topics to be discussed include safety to prevent falls, when to call 911, dementia safety, LifeLine, power outages, food safety, and more!
Each household that attends will receive preparedness items to take home!
