Two Killed in House Fire in Grand Rapids

On November 8th, the Grand Rapids Police Department responded with United Ambulance and Grand Rapids First Responders to 5721 Boulder Circle for a 911 call with a person indicating they needed immediate help.
Upon arrival the officer observed smoke coming out of the residence and the Grand Rapids Fire Department was dispatched. Fire personnel located an adult male subject inside the residence with significant injuries.
Life-saving efforts were initiated but were not successful and the male became deceased. A second male subject was located in the residence after the fire was extinguished and was also deceased.
The home is a total loss. The incident and cause of the fire remain under investigation. Names of the deceased will not be released at this time pending family notification.
