GIRL DIES IN ATV CRASH

A 15-year-old Cadott girl has died after an ATV accident in Chippewa County.

Ashley Holtman was thrown from an ATV that rear-ended another ATV near Cadott at around noon on Monday.

She landed in a ditch where she was later found unconscious.

She was airlifted to Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.

Two other teens were involved but not injured. All three were wearing helmets.
