Wood County Drug Take Back Day This Saturday, October 26th

On Saturday, October 26th, a Drug Take Back Day is being held at multiple locations in Wood County.
They will be at the Marshfield City Hall from 10am-2pm, hosted by the Marshfield Police Department. They will be at the Pittsville Police Department from 9am-Noon, hosted by the Pittsville Police Department. They will be at the Port Edwards Fire Department from 11am-1pm, hosted by the Port Edwards Police Department.
They will be at the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department from 10am-2pm, hosted by the Wood County Sheriff’s Department, Wisconsin Rapids Police Department, and Grand Rapids Police Department. Finally, they will be in the Town of Rome, in Adams County, from 10am-2pm, hosted by the Town of Rome Police Department.
When dropping off medications, remove prescription labels or black out personal information on the label. Place loose pills in a zip-top bag and keep liquids in their original containers.
