One Person Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash in Jackson County

(WEAU Staff) One person is dead and multiple other people are hurt following a two-vehicle crash in Jackson County, according to WEAU staff.

According to a press release from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, on Oct. 6, 2024, at about 12:02 p.m., the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two-vehicle car crash on County Road C in the Town of Albion. Deputies arrived to find two vehicles damaged at the intersection of two county highways, the press release says.

According to the press release, one of the vehicles contained multiple occupants. Most of the occupants were reported to be hurt. One of the passengers died at the scene.
