Red Letter Grant to Award Eight Small Business Grants this Fall

The Red Letter Grant, a nonprofit organization which empowers female entrepreneurs, is set to award eight $2,000 small business grants this fall.

The program, known for its commitment to closing the business leadership gap in Wisconsin, serves two regions, Region 1 serving Buffalo, Clark, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, St. Croix, and Trempealeau Counties and Region 2 serving Barron, Burnett, Polk, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor and Washburn Counties.

Four grants will be awarded in each region. "Through these grants, we aim to support and empower female entrepreneurs in Northern Wisconsin," said Debbie Elmer, Region 2 Program Director for the Red Letter Grant. "We believe in the power of women in business, and our expansion is a testament to that belief. Our goal is to cultivate a supportive network and provide the necessary capital to help start-ups succeed."

Beneficiaries of the Red Letter Grant can anticipate: Financial support to kickstart their business; A supportive network of experienced professional women; Increased exposure and credibility for their start-up.
