Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department Releases August Statistics

The Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department has released their August statistics.

For the month of August, the Department had 42 responses. The busiest day was August 15th and 20th with 15 calls, followed by August 1st with 13 calls, and the next busiest days were 14 calls on August 8th and 28th. The types of calls included fires, EMS assist, hazardous conditions, service calls, good intent, and fall alarms. They also completed 364 inspections.

The Department also had 268 EMS responses, 286 calls for service, and they completed 142 hours of training. The Department also had a number of concurrent calls. With one ambulance out, they had 223 calls; with two out, they had 41 calls; and with 3 ambulances out, they had three calls.
