Owen Man Found Guilty of Sexually Assaulting Four Young Girls

An Owen man was found guilty of sexually assaulting four young girls.

Joseph Pierce Sr. was found guilty, after a jury trial, of repeated sexual assault of a child, child enticement, and exposing a child to harmful material. Back in 2021, he was charged with sexually assaulting the girls. The assaults began back in 2017.

One of the girls had stated that Pierce had told them that if they said anything, her mom would go to jail and she would get a timeout. A sentencing date has not been set at this time.
