Central Wisconsin Airport to Receive Federal Funding

U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin is announcing that four Wis. airports are being awarded over $6 million in federal funding.
According to a press release from U.S. Senator Baldwin, the funding is intended to be used to enhance safety, replace critical equipment, and upgrade facilities. The four airports set to receive funding are located in Milwaukee, Green Bay, Marathon County, and La Crosse.
The Central Wisconsin Airport in Marathon County will receive $862,209 to replace an existing fire-fighting truck to improve safety.
