Charles A. Montgomery was convicted of two counts of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in November of 1993. Mr. Montgomery will reside at 315 Hewett Street, Neillsville.
Mr. Montgomery must comply with requirements of lifetime Sex Offender Registration; Comply with requirements of lifetime GPS.
Mr. Montgomery’s current address and any changes of addresses will be updated and available online by accessing the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry at www.widocoffenders.org.
Sex offenders have always lived in our communities. The Neillsville Police Department is releasing this information pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 301.46(2m), which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release/residence when, at the agency's discretion, the release will enhance public safety, protection, and awareness.
