Wausau Police Department Welcomes New Officer

Please join the Wausau Police Department in welcoming Officer Payton Wright to their team.

Officer Wright was sworn-in and is now headed for his Basic Law Enforcement Recruit Training before field training commences. Officer Wright joins the department following nearly 7 years of active duty in the United States Air Force, where he served as a military police officer.

The Department is excited to have him select Wausau Police Department as his next adventure.
