Wausau Police Department Seizes Over 170 Grams of Methamphetamine

The Wausau Police Department’s Community Resource Unit, with valuable support from the Central Wisconsin Narcotics Task Force, executed a search warrant Friday morning and seized over 170 grams of methamphetamine from a residence on Wausau's southwest side.

Together with their partners and through dedicated efforts, the Department is making strides in combating drug-related crime and keeping Wausau neighborhoods secure. 

They stated “there is no room in our city for those that sell illicit drugs.  Stay vigilant, report suspicious activity, and let's continue to work together to keep our city clean and safe.”
