Batman is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Batman

Age: 12-Weeks-Old

Breed: Mixed Breed, Heeler

Meet Batman, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Batman came to CCHS from a local farm with 7 other superheroes when they were all in need of new homes. These kids are a Blue Heeler (or Australian Cattle Dog) mix. They are all super cute and quite adorable!

Batman is now 12 weeks old and weighs 16.8#. We don't know exactly what he's mixed with, but he's definitely got some Heeler in there. Batman is quite handsome with a short-haired coat that is brown and tan with lots of speckles. He has a kind and gentle personality.

Being a Heeler Batman is also very smart, and is ready to start learning all the things it takes to be a good dog when he grows up. He'd love to join your family today! You can submit your adoption application for Batman on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have lots and lots of animals at CCHS right now, especially dogs and puppies, so be sure to check them all out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with all of our animals during any of our open hours!

Freeday Friday is back!! On Friday, August 2nd, Freeday Friday will be held at our original CC Resale Store. It's located at 600 Hewett St, in downtown Neillsville, on the corner opposite the Post Office. This is our “inconvenience store”.

We have lousy parking, terrible hours, not much is organized and we don’t care if you buy anything or not. And yet, people love it. You know why?........cuz it’s all FREE! That’s right, bring your bags, boxes, cars, trucks or buggies and fill ‘em up. It’s all free! We call it Freeday Friday and it’s August 2nd from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. See you then!!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Batman, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
