COLBY TEEN DIES IN SWIMMING MISHAP

The body of a 17-year-old swimmer has been recovered from a Taylor County lake.The sheriff's department says Sean M. Ried of Colby was swimming with friends at Sacketts Lake in the Town of Molitor about 5:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Authorities say the teen called for help, then went under water. Six agencies, including Medford police and fire departments, responded and Ried's body was recovered about an hour later.
