Loyal School Board Approves Hiring of New Science Teacher and More at Special Meeting

The Loyal School Board approved their new science teacher at their recent special meeting.

The board approved Sarah Koller as the new science teacher.  Sarah comes to the District from Owen-Withee and she has 19 years of teaching experience in math and science. The Reading Interventionist position is still open and they are working on filling it as soon as possible.

The board also approved Angie Kollmansberger as their new 4K – 12 principal. Also, the July board meeting has been moved from July 22nd to July 30th with open session starting at 7:00 pm. There will be a Joint Board Meeting at Greenwood on July 10th starting at 7:00 pm.  This will be a closed meeting.

The metal roofs on the three outlying buildings are being installed this week. The custodians are making great progress on cleaning the building, so please call ahead or email Brad if you plan on coming into school. The District office will be closed July 15th – 19th due to cleaning, so there will be no one in the building except the custodians.
