Hixton Man Charged with 5th OWI Appears in Jackson County Court

A Hixton man charged with his 5th OWI appeared in Jackson County Court on Monday.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, on January 28th of this year, troopers pulled over Randall Flick for speeding on WI 95. They noticed signs of impairment and conducted a field sobriety test.

The test determined he was under the influence, he was arrested, and he was taken to a local hospital for further testing. During his arraignment on Monday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charge against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on August 5th.
