June Dairy Month Means Dairy Breakfasts
Monday, June 3rd, 2024 -- 9:27 AM
It’s June in Wisconsin and that means Dairy Month in the Dairy State.
According to Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin for nearly 90 years local dairy breakfasts and events have been a part of celebrating Wisconsin’s dairy culture. The events offer opportunities for guests to learn about local dairy farms and meet the families who keep them running, enjoy delicious food made with fresh dairy products and spend time with friends and neighbors.
This past Friday morning was the Dairyfest breakfast in Marshfield. Yesterday dairy breakfasts were held in Granton and Abbotsford.
This Sunday is the Neillsville Dairy Breakfast on the Terry and Becky Byrne Farm north of Neillsville and next Sunday, June 16th it’s the Marshfield FFA Alumni & Supporters Dairy Breakfast at Seehafer's City View Dairy LLC on Galvin Ave.
