Stevens Point/Plover SWAT Jail Seven Following Warrant Executions

On May 22, 2024, at approximately 9:27 am, members of the Stevens Point/Plover SWAT Team executed a search warrant at 2817 Water St. Stevens Point.

The team then executed another search warrant at 500 Forest St. in Stevens Point, at approximately 9:54 am.  The warrants were narcotics related and multiple individuals were expected to be at each residence.  During the warrant executions, a total of 7 people were taken into custody and jailed.  At both locations, searches of the residence, outlying buildings and vehicles were completed. At 2817 Water St. 616.65 grams of meth (1.36 pounds) (see attached picture) was located, paraphernalia associated with meth, THC and items associated with THC, and Psilocybin mushrooms. At 500 Forest St. Detectives located meth and items associated with meth and THC and items associated with THC.  The Stevens Point Inspections Office was called to this location after the residence was secured for an inspection.  The residence was deemed “uninhabitable” at this time and allowed 24 hours to vacate the residence. Subjects who were arrested and jailed from these locations are as follows: Jason B. Sculley, DOB 06/18/1979 of Stevens Point, was arrested and jailed on possession with intent to deliver meth, possession of meth paraphernalia and felony bail jumping (2 counts).  Jason was located at 2817 Water St. Kevin D. Troyanoski, DOB 10/07/1966 of Wisconsin Rapids, was arrested and jailed on Wood County warrants.  He was transported to the Wood County line and turned over to Wood County SO.  Kevin was located at 2817 Water St. McKenna N. Westerhouse, DOB 05/08/1996 of Stevens Point, was arrested and jailed on a Wood County probation hold.  McKenna was located at 2817 Water St. 

Jeffrey C. Royce, DOB 05/07/1968 of Stevens Point, was arrested and jailed on a Probation Hold, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony bail jumping (4 counts) and a warrant.  He was located /at the 500 Forest St.. Heidi M. Billman, DOB 03/28/1995 of Stevens Point, was arrested and jailed on a possession of meth charge and a misdemeanor bail jumping charge.  Heidi was located at 500 Forest St. Dondrick D. Tackes, DOB 05/23/1996 of Stevens Point, was arrested and jailed on a charge of delivery of meth. Dondrick was located at 500 Forest St. Tyler J. Bablitch, DOB 11/24/1989 of Stevens Point, was arrested and jailed on a probation hold.  Tyler was located at 500 Forest St. These cases were a result of many citizen tips, information gathered from members of our community, as well as investigations conducted by our Detectives.  We encourage people to continue to come forward with any and all information they have, if they believe there is illegal activity happening in their neighborhood.  You can do so anonymously through our Crimestoppers App or call center, or in person at the Stevens Point Police Department.
