Withee Village Board Approves Increase in Residents' Sewer Volume Rates

-The Withee Village Board approved an increase in residents’ sewer volume rates.
Due to the City of Owen increasing the sewer volume rate 3%, the board increased the Withee residents’ sewer volume rate by 3%. The board also approved Maplehurst Township joining the Owen-Withee-Curtiss Fire District.
A resident resigned his appointment on the OW Police Committee and a new appointment was approved. The board also approved the PTO Holiday pay of the OW police department, so it reflects what Clark County does.
Also, the employee Christmas gifts of $50 for the two full-time employees and $25 for the two part-time employees were approved. The 2021 employee wage and benefit schedule was approved and the Routes to Recovery & WEC CARES grants were reviewed for allocations and expenditures. Finally, the board approved the annual service contract from ES&S for the two electronic election machines.
