The Wood County Forestry and Parks Department is holding a ribbon cutting ceremony to highlight the new trail system at Power Bluffs County Park.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on May 31st at 1pm at Power Bluffs County Park in Arpin. The Wood County Forestry and Parks Department is excited to show off and promote the new trail system at Power Bluffs County Park.

Over the past three years, more than 5 miles of a dedicated, single-track bike trail and three miles of a versatile, gravel, multi-use trail has been constructed, offering trail enthusiasts ample opportunities for outdoor enjoyment.

Future plans include constructing a trailhead shelter building that will be used year round by trail enthusiasts. In addition, a portion of the shelter will be enclosed and reservable for community events.
