Loyal Principal Selected as New Chippewa Falls Principal

Loyal Principal Doug Dieckman has been selected as the new Principal of the Chippewa Falls School District.

The Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District announced Mr. Dieckman will be the new principal of Hillcrest Elementary School. A news release from the school district announced its decision:

“Mr. Dieckman brings with him many years of experience as an educator and administrator, during which he has grown both individually and professionally."

"He firmly believes that educators play a decisive role in shaping the lives of their students, and he is committed to providing opportunities for success and monitoring the welfare of every student he encounters."

"In his previous role as a School Administrator, Mr. Dieckman has helped change the lives of young people, witnessing their growth mentally, physically, and socially throughout their educational careers.”

“With his experience in various aspects of the educational process, including decision-making to increase academic achievement and student learning, Mr. Dieckman has worked collaboratively with teachers to stay connected with current curricular needs and align them with those of the students."

"He has also played a key role in universal screening, identifying students who may need additional support, and implementing PBIS, RTI, and PLCs in his current position."
