Wausau Police Department Investigating Burglary at Wausau on Water

(Sam Walters, WSAU) The Wausau Police Department is investigating a burglary that happened early Saturday morning.

According to Sam Walters with WSAU, the robbery took place at the restaurant Wausau on the Water, popularly known as W.O.W, located in Wausau’s River District. According to police, the suspect entered the building by breaking a window around 1am.

The offender stole from the establishment’s prize section of the arcade, stealing gaming consoles such as Playstations. No other significant damage was reported.
