Chili Man Arrested After Traffic Stop in Marshfield for Possessing a Firearm While Under the Influence of Intoxicant

A Chili man was arrested after a traffic stop in Marshfield for possessing a firearm while under the influence of an intoxicant.

According to a report from the Marshfield Police Department, a traffic stop was conducted in the 400 block of S Central Ave on Friday, April 26th just after midnight. During an investigation, a 33 year old Chili man was found to be in possession of multiple firearms while under the influence of an intoxicant.

He was taken into custody, consented to a voluntary blood draw and released. A search of the vehicle uncovered multiple firearms, ammunition and an open intoxicant within the vehicle which were all secured into evidence.
