Marshfield Man Arrested for Possession After Traffic Stop

A 41-year-old Marshfield man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant subsequent to a traffic stop on N. Peach Ave A at E. Ives St.

According to a report from the Marshfield Police Department, the stop occurred on Sunday, March 17th around 3:10pm. A search of the vehicle was conducted. The man was transported to the Wood County Jail.

Charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession prescription medication without a valid prescription are being requested through the Wood County District Attorney's Office.
