Wednesday, April 30th, 2008 -- 12:14 PM
The FBI has reviewed the evidence, but still don't believe a serial killer is behind a rash of river drownings in La Crosse and elsewhere.Retired New York Police Detectives Kevin Gannon and Anthony Duarte say they've uncovered evidence that points to a serial killer targeting young men in Minnesota and Wisconsin college towns, but In a statement released today, an FBI Special Agent says they don't buy it. He said the majority of those deaths appear to be alcohol-related drowning.
La Crosse Police call the deaths there accidental.
