Spencer Man Sentenced for Possession of Child Pornography

A Spencer man arrested for possession of child pornography was sentenced in Clark County Court on Friday.
According to court records, back in 2021, Jeremy Henaman was arrested after the Clark County Sheriff’s Department worked alongside the internet crimes against children task force. Both agencies had received tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Henaman pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography. Another charge was dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 3 years in state prison and 2 years of extended supervision.
