Black River Falls Media Students Receive Three Nominations for Upper Midwest Emmy Foundation's Student Awards

The Black River Falls School District is incredibly proud to announce that five of their talented Black River Falls High School media students have received a combined three nominations for the prestigious 2024 Upper Midwest Emmy® Foundation's Student Production Awards.
This is a huge honor and a testament to the exceptional work being produced by our student media program. The nominated students are: Sam Berra, Jackson Tiedens, Mady Schultz, Kaylee Wood, and Evi Bolger.
Berra, Schultz, Bolger and Wood are nominated in the Arts & Entertainment/Cultural Affairs category, showcasing their creativity in storytelling. Tiedens and Berra have additional nominations for the Multimedia Journalist category, highlighting their diverse media production skills.
"We are incredibly proud of these students and their dedication to media production," said student media adviser Julie Tiedens. "These nominations are a testament to their hard work, talent, and passion for storytelling."
The awards ceremony will be held on April 5 in Minneapolis, and the entire Black River Falls High School community is behind our students, wishing them the best of luck.
