Husky is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Husky

Age: 3-years-old

Breed:

Husky is the CCHS Pet of the Week! Husky came to CCHS with some kitty friends when there were just too many cats in his previous home. Husky is about 3 years old and weighs 11#. He's a good-looking fellow with a short-haired black and white coat and a cute black smudge on his nose.

Husky is a rather quiet unassuming kitty who enjoys getting attention from people. He will probably be best as the only cat in his new home, as he can be a bit of a bully around other cats. But with people, he's a great guy!

He's now been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped, so he is all ready to go home anytime! If Husky looks like he could be your new best friend, please apply to adopt him today! You can submit your adoption application for Husky on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have lots of animals at CCHS right now, so be sure to check them all out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with all of our animals during any of our open hours!

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Husky, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
