Hixton Man Charged with 5th OWI Appears in Jackson County Court

A $500 signature bond has been set against a Hixton man charged with his 5th OWI.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, on January 28th of this year, troopers pulled over Randall Flick for speeding on WI 95. They noticed signs of impairment and conducted a field sobriety test. The test determined he was under the influence, he was arrested, and he was taken to a local hospital for further testing.

During his court appearance on Monday, a $500 signature bond was set with conditions that he not be allowed to consume alcohol or be in any establishment that serves alcohol. He’s scheduled to be back in court on March 25th.
