WCCN Gold Medallion Found!

Congratulation to Mallory Zickert! She found WCCN’s Gold Medallion yesterday.

The Gold Medallion is a scavenger hunt that we run during Neillsville’s Winter Carnival, happening today through Sunday. Mallory explained where she found it and what clue tipped her off.

Mallory: "I found at Prock Park. It's that new little park by the catholic church. I found it under a paver."

Riley: "What clue tipped you off that it was in Prock Park?"

Mallory: "It was one of the clues today, this afternoon [Thursday afternoon]. It mentioned something about what's in store? And that the old timers would know. That made me think of the old store that used to be where that park is now. My grandma used to work there, so that made me remember it."

Mallory will receive $140 for finding the medallion yesterday. Thanks to everyone that listened for the clues and participated in the hunt. Make sure you get out this weekend and check out all the fun activities happening as a part of Neillsville’s Winter Carnival!
