The City Clerk for Marshfield, and staff, are prepping for the upcoming election cycle in 2024, which will be a big one culminating with the Presidential Election on Tuesday, November 5.

The Spring Election on April 2 will bring the Presidential Preference along with plenty of state and local races. But before that can happen, Marshfield will have a Primary Election tomorrow, Tuesday, February 20th, which will narrow down the field of Marshfield’s School Board candidates from seven to six.

There are no candidates on the ballot for Common Council or Mayor in this primary. All ballots, absentee or provisional, must be returned by the close of polls tomorrow to be counted.

If you need to register to vote, you can do so at the polls tomorrow. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to the City Clerk’s Office at 715-384-3636. Per state law, no election activities, including registering to vote, may occur today.
