Rib Mountain's Newest Eatery Set to Open February 21st

(Thomas Schumacher, WSAU) Rib Mountain’s newest eatery has set a date to officially open.

According to Thomas Schumacher with WSAU, that's according to a Facebook post, which stated the village announced on Thursday afternoon that Jersey Mike’s Subs will formally open their doors to the public on Wednesday, February 21st, and will be located at 22534 Mountain Drive.

The opening will be the company’s 35th location operating in the Badger State, along with new locations coming to the Eau Claire, Fitchburg, and Slinger areas. Jersey Mike’s will add yet another sub-shop option for Wausau patrons after popular chain Cousins opened their location off of Stewart Ave. this week.
