Tank 2 is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Creekside Kennels and Shop south of Black River Falls. (https://www.creeksidekennelsshop.com/)

Name: Tank 2

Age: 15-months-old

Breed: Lab mix

Tank 2 is the Pet of the Week this week! Tank 2 came to CCHS when his family was moving and he couldn't go along. He is 15 months old and is a neutered male. Tank 2 is a Lab mix with a golden and white coat.  He weighs 61#. Tank 2 has oodles of energy and is ready for lots of new adventures.

He is rather exuberant, and could easily knock over small children without realizing it. He is housebroken and will alert you by barking when he needs to go outside. He is also crate trained. Tank 2 is pretty smart and can open "lever" style door knobs by himself, so you'll need to ensure he stays safe.

With his playful attitude and energy level, Tank 2 will be sure to get you off the couch! You can submit your adoption application for Tank 2 on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

We have lots of animals at CCHS right now, with an amazing selection of dogs and cats, so be sure to check them out. You are also welcome to stop in and visit with all of our animals during any of our open hours!

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS? Well, now's your chance! Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers! You can learn more and sign up on our website: https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected]. Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Tank 2, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
