Wood County Closing All Snowmobile Trails Wednesday, January 24th, at 8am

Wood County will be closing ALL snowmobile trails on Wednesday, January 24th at 8 am.

Trail conditions are deteriorating, and forecasted warm temperatures this week have led to this closure. In order to preserve the snow on all other trails, we ask that you stay off GROOMED Multi-use, cross-country ski, and fat tire bike trails, when temperatures are above freezing. A decision will be made later in the week whether Powers Bluff ski and tube hills will be open this upcoming weekend.
