Medford Man Sentenced for Fatal Clark County Crash

A Medford man charged for a fatal crash in Clark County was sentenced in Clark County Court.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 call regarding a crash at about 3:13pm, on Monday November 14th of 2022. The initial investigation indicates an SUV was northbound on Highway 13 when the operator lost control of his vehicle on a bridge while passing a tractor hauling a manure tanker.
The SUV entered the west ditch, went over a driveway and struck a tree, coming to rest on its side. The driver, Patrick Davis of Medford, and two passengers, Susan Sherwood and Serapio V. Terrones III, were transported by the Central Fire and Ambulance Service and Taylor County Ambulance to the Marshfield Medical Center with serious injuries.
One female passenger, 25-year-old Tracy Anderson of Medford, was pronounced dead at the scene. Davis pleaded guilty to knowingly operating while revoked causing death. Several other charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to three years of probation with a condition of one year jail time.
