As of December 1st, the state held: 380 million bushels: On-farm storage, encompassing all structures like bins and cribs used for storing whole grains, oilseeds, and pulse crops. 405 million bushels: Off-farm storage, including elevators, warehouses, terminals, and facilities storing a variety of grains, from soybeans to lentils.
